The service is intended for adults who want a simple, supportive overview of lifestyle patterns that may affect their everyday wellbeing.
The results are based on your own answers and are designed for awareness — not diagnosis.

Price: The price of the full health report is shown clearly on the checkout page before payment. All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Secure payment: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your payment details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
One-time purchase: No subscriptions or recurring charges.
Instant delivery: Your report is available immediately after purchase.
Currency: All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your card uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply conversion charges.
Failed payments: If your payment fails, you will not receive access to the full report. Please ensure your payment details are correct and that your card issuer is not blocking the transaction.
Secure Purchase: Your payment is encrypted and processed safely. Your report is delivered instantly after completion.
We want you to feel confident when purchasing.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds may be limited once the full report has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue or believe there has been an error, please contact us and we will review your case fairly.
We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
To request a refund, email hello@myhealthsnapshot.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you have a statutory right to a refund, we will honour it in full.
